Performance Maintenance began operations over 20 yrs. ago as most businesses do as a "mom and pop" shop, but in our case as a "father and son" shop operating out of its family garage and has grown to be a leader in the floor maintenance market, concentrating in Houston and its surrounding areas. In spite, of our growth our business philosophy has remained the same: customer service is the key component to building and keeping a strong business relationship.
